Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
